Refund & Billing Policy
This Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Shigoto AI Pro, operated by Shigoto AI (ABN 27 284 578 634). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and pricing
- Free — no charge, limited to a set number of applications per day, no card required.
- Pro — a recurring subscription (currently A$15 per month, in Australian dollars, inclusive of any applicable taxes) that raises your daily application limit and unlocks Pro features.
Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time; any change applies from your next billing cycle, and we will give reasonable notice of increases.
2. Billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. By subscribing to Pro you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically each period.
If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and may attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be secured, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier until the outstanding balance is paid.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page (or the Stripe customer portal linked there). When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid period;
- At the end of that period your account returns to the Free tier;
- Your applied-jobs log, résumé, and settings are retained so you can resume later;
- Re-subscribing restores your existing licence key.
4. Refunds
Because access is granted immediately and billed in advance, we do not generally provide refunds for partial billing periods or for time you did not use. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 5). If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation), contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. Nothing in this Policy limits those non-excludable rights. To make a claim, contact us with the details and we will work with you to resolve it.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Pro is a subscription to the tool and its features. It is not a guarantee of any interview, job offer, or other result, and fees are not contingent on any such outcome. See our Acceptable Use & Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
